Cylinder selection

Check the complete HOB100 model, required stroke, mounting arrangement, rod-end connection and ports against the matching cylinder reference. Dimensions from another stroke or a different mounting version do not establish the selected configuration.

HOB100FA flange reference

The HOB100FA reference retains the source plate outline, holes, dimension arrows and values. The source identifies M18 thread and thickness 20. The thickness unit is not stated in this reference; confirm the applicable units and mounting fit before use. These flange values do not establish cylinder dimensions or pressure ratings.

Information for a configuration review

Send the full cylinder model or HOB100FA accessory code, required stroke, mounting and rod-connection details, port requirements and operating conditions. Include the existing drawing or connection photographs when selecting a replacement.

HOB100 × 75 supplier reference

For the HOB100 × 75 option, refer only to the HOB standard-type drawing and the Ø100 bore row in this supplier reference sheet. The HOD double-rod and adjustable-stop drawings describe other configurations. Stroke-dependent formulas are retained as printed; this is not a photograph or a completed dimensional drawing of the 75-stroke cylinder. The 14 MPa heading is retained from the source sheet and is not a confirmed working-pressure rating for the selected configuration. Confirm the current drawing, mounting, connections and required working pressure before ordering.
